By downloading, accessing, or using Noda (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Noda operates globally excluding the Russian Federation.
This Application is not intended for, and is not available to, users who are residents or citizens of Russia.
We do not target, solicit, accept or provide the Application to any persons located in or residents of the Russian Federation.
If you are located in Russia, please do not use the Application.
CRITICAL: You are solely responsible for your use of the Application. Many local, state, national, and international laws govern the recording of conversations and require the explicit consent of some or all parties involved (e.g., Two-Party Consent laws in the US, GDPR in the EU).
You represent and warrant that:
Noda acts purely as a technological tool. We disclaim any and all liability arising from your failure to obtain proper consent, your violation of wiretapping laws, or your breach of privacy regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noda, Natlex IT, and its developers from any legal claims, damages, or lawsuits resulting from your unauthorized recordings.
The Application utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transcribe audio, analyze context documents, and generate summaries.
AI models are probabilistic and subject to errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or "hallucinations." All generated memos, translations, and action items are provided strictly "AS IS."
You agree to independently review and verify all generated text, dates, financial figures, and tasks before relying on them for business, legal, medical, or personal decisions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noda and Natlex IT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from errors in the AI-generated content, app crashes, or server downtime.
Noda operates on a freemium model. Premium subscriptions and processing quotas (e.g., audio minutes) are billed securely via Google Play Billing.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partially used quotas or canceled subscriptions, except where strictly required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Noda does not offer the Application to users in Russia and does not provide services to residents of the Russian Federation. Users outside Russia who access the Application do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United States.
